Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement exclusif d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019excellence viticole de la Valpolicella et \u00e0 l\u2019un des accords les plus embl\u00e9matiques de la tradition italienne. Dans le cadre du projet \u00ab\u00a0Quality Heritage of Europe\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>, D\u2019OPERA<\/strong> a organis\u00e9 une d\u00e9gustation exceptionnelle en collaboration avec le Consorzio Valpolicella<\/strong> et Parmigiano Reggiano AOP<\/strong>.<\/p>

Pour l\u2019occasion, la Master of Wine Sarah Heller<\/strong> a soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 des vins issus de six producteurs de la Valpolicella DOC<\/strong>, tous issus de l\u2019exceptionnel mill\u00e9sime 2015<\/strong>. Un voyage sensoriel permettant d\u2019explorer la complexit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance de l\u2019une des r\u00e9gions viticoles les plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bres d\u2019Italie.<\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement a r\u00e9uni soixante-dix invit\u00e9s internationaux<\/strong>, parmi lesquels des experts du secteur et des passionn\u00e9s de vin italiens, rassembl\u00e9s \u00e0 V\u00e9rone \u00e0 l\u2019approche de Vinitaly<\/strong>. Nombre d\u2019entre eux participent actuellement aux formations avanc\u00e9es de la Vinitaly Academy<\/strong>, dans le but de devenir Ambassadeurs du vin italien<\/strong> dans leurs pays d\u2019origine.<\/p>

Depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es, le Consorzio Valpolicella<\/strong> se distingue par son engagement dans la formation de sp\u00e9cialistes \u0153nologiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, contribuant ainsi \u00e0 la diffusion de la culture des grands vins rouges de la Valpolicella \u00e0 travers le monde.
